DATA PRIVACY
PERSONAL DATA
The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
CONTACT US
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for two years to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
DATA STORAGE
We would like to point out that in order to simplify the administration and processing of the contractual relationship, your name, address and other personal data that you provide via the platform will be stored. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of any credit card details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of payment processing, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After termination of the contractual relationship, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
COOKIES
Our website uses so-called cookies, which are NOT personal. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set your browser to inform you about the use of cookies and to only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.
WEB ANALYSIS
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Inc. (“Google”), for which data may be transferred to the United States of America. For this purpose, non-personal cookies are used, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that cookies are not saved. We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.
Based on the legal basis of “legitimate interest,” your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission within the meaning of the “Privacy Shield.” Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is stored for a maximum period of 6 months.

You also have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
